Hello All -- this is Christi Hall from section 001.
I meet with Anna and Vicki (who is in charge of financing, or connecting us with who we have established invoices for food, etc.). I just need to clarify a few things first...
We can have food such as pizza at our focus group meetings, however it is not a "status" issue as originally thought. We deal with certain contacts solely due to invoice purposes. For the focus group interviews if you would like to order pizza, Vicki will need to do it. (We do it through Papa Johns.) She is the only one who has the account information and it is not passed out (understandably so). She said she would call in the order for what we would like/need and it would be delivered (the pizza) at a specific time/place and all we need to do is sign the receipt as well as add gratuity. (Did that make sense?)
So, basically when we need food, t-shirts etc. we need to contact Vicki, and she will be HAPPY to help, just PLEASE give her sufficient time to do so...if we could give her a day or a few days "heads up" I am sure it would be appreciated.

I (or Dustin the financing director for section 002) will need to keep track of the receipts so PLEASE keep us involved, we all will just have to work hand in hand here.
