Friday, March 2:
1. Overall as a class: Decide who will present for the planning
presentation the Friday after Spring Break.
2. Each section and budget directors: Make a list of expenses, how much
each thing has cost us, and estimated costs for future expenses. (Very
important because this will be used in the planning presentation). "This is a complete planned budget for the entire project."
3. Set deadlines for when we will have our shirts delivered and for when we would like to have our promotional materials designed. That way we can include those items in the report.
